About Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being. The word and modality itself comes from Japan, often translated as “Universal Life Energy.”
In a session, the recipient lies on a massage table, remaining fully clothed. Reiki is offered through the placing of hands on various points of the body that relate to internal organs and energy centers. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, calm, and rest, the kind of state where the body can reset and begin to heal itself more easily. Others describe feeling warmth, tingling, or simply a greater sense of ease and clarity.
Reiki doesn’t push or force anything. It is an intelligent energy that flows where it is needed most, whether that is physical, emotional, or energetic. Every session is unique, and the effects often continue unfolding in the days that follow.
I see Reiki as a simple, natural practice that removes obstacles and makes space for the body, mind, and spirit to realign. Healing doesn’t always have to be hard work. Sometimes it can arrive quietly, casually.

About Me:
Hi, I’m Liam. My path into Reiki grew from a long curiosity about energy and metaphysics. Years of yoga and meditation opened me to the subtle ways energy moves, but it wasn’t until shortly after my first child was born and my dog became paralyzed, that I began using this energetic awareness to comfort those closest to me. Placing my hands and focusing energy to help them rest or settle felt natural, and more often than not, it seemed to really work.
The true turning point came a little later, when I booked a professional Reiki session for my dog as she was regaining the ability to walk. She seemed sad and withdrawn, and I wanted to support her healing on a more emotional level. During the session, something unexpected happened: because of our deep bond, I felt the energy flowing through me too. It was as if we both received the treatment. The calm and ease that followed stayed with us for days, and I knew I had to learn more.
Since then, I’ve trained to the Reiki Master level in Holy Fire and Usui Shiki Ryōhō lineages, and my studies continue into other forms of energy healing work. What began as instinctive gestures and visualizations with my child and dog has become a grounded practice that I now love to share with others. To me, Reiki is a gentle clearing. It makes space for the body and mind to return to their natural state of balance and healing.
Outside of Reiki, I’m an artist, surfer, and father of two, always finding inspiration in family life, creativity, and time in nature.
